About Me

Hi! I’m Simran Shah, a high school student and baker in Houston, Texas. I started this venture when I was fifteen years old. I am an Entrepreneur at heart and Baker by profession.

My love for baking rooted from our religious restrictions and a desire to create innovative desserts. At every birthday party, I wasn’t able to enjoy the treats because they had eggs in them, so I would always come home and bake my own and that’s when baking became a hobby for me. A few years later, I enrolled in an entrepreneurship class at my high school freshman year and realized I want to further my studies and build my career in business domain. After the school year had finished, I thought to myself why not combine my two passions together? After advertising and receiving a few orders, I was able to convert my passion into a business.

I am extremely grateful to my parents to provide and guide everything at every step. I am also thankful for all the love and support from my friends, family, and customers throughout this journey and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
